About the Online B.A.

An Online BA for Ahmedabad: people, enterprise and ideas that changed India

Ahmedabad grew from a textile city into a business hub, with Gandhi's Sabarmati Ashram at its heart. A B.A. helps you understand the people, economy and ideas behind that story. The Online B.A. at Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth gives you that base in political science, psychology, sociology, economics and governance.

Along the way you build skills every Ahmedabad employer asks for: clear writing, confident speaking, sharp reasoning and basic research. Digital literacy runs through the programme, starting with an IT course in your first semester.

Classes, reading material and exams all live on one learning portal. So your degree moves with you, whether you live in the Old City or in Bopal.
