Why Pune learners choose DPU's online B.Com
IT parks, the MIDC belt, the old peths and a university right in Pimpri. The programme is planned around the way Pune actually lives and works.
The campus is in your city
Study online, and when Campus Connect brings you in, the Pimpri campus is a short ride away, close to the Sant Tukaram Nagar metro station.
Your commute becomes class time
Stuck on the Hinjewadi or Kharadi route every evening? Play the recorded lecture on your phone and turn traffic time into study time.
Built for Pune's finance teams
Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Magarpatta and Baner run large accounting, audit and finance operations teams that hire commerce graduates every year.
Made for the MIDC belt
Work in accounts or stores at Chakan, Bhosari or Talegaon? Earn your B.Com and step up into roles that ask for a commerce degree.
Start right after HSC
Finished 12th? Begin a UGC Entitled B.Com this year and prepare for CA, CMA or CS alongside it.
Made for family businesses too
Run the shop on Laxmi Road, in Budhwar Peth or at Market Yard by day, and learn accounting, GST and business law on your own time.
Built on a medical college. Grown into 13 schools.
Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth began with the Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, under the leadership of Dr. D. Y. Patil. What started as a medical institution is now a private, non-profit university with 13 schools covering biotechnology, healthcare, management, commerce, design and law.
In 2003, the University Grants Commission granted it university status under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. The DPU Centre for Online Learning runs on that same academic backbone, so the online B.Com you study from Pune carries the same university name as a degree earned on the campus down the road.
